Where can I get Virtual Credit Card that will work for Adcenter?

    I'm looking where to get virtual credit card that will work for US in Adcenter. I'm not from US. Is there a way around it?

    i think that VCC is Risky so you can use CC(Credit Card).

    I once used my credit card but unfortunately they couldn't verify my billing address because I used a US address. Yeah I think it's risky also because they can't verify the billing address.
