    It looks like that they are paid. Try to get someone who can make ith for oyu or if you got the the time and the knowledge then do it for yourself.

    If have basic HTML knowledge, you may choose any wordpress template and make desired changes from administration panel. It's easy and free :)

    They looks like they are custom made themes... My suggestion is..there are hundreds of wp themes
    that are better than these. Just go and Google search it...Good luck!
