    Well, spam is not good to try out. But still if you want to try out, you can try by logging in as many as forums as you can . You will get spam too.

    I think this should be quite easy. Just openly post your email address in forums and post in classified ads. You should see 'spam emails' in your inbox quite soon.

    I suggest if you want spam, as most are saying here just put your email address around. One thing I would say is to use an email address that is not important to you. If you have a site in your name and that is your email address then it may backfire on you in the years ahead. Use a hotmail or something like that to protect your main inbox in the future. You can gather email addresses via such. Seems to me (I guess) the professional spammers (Ha, just got spammed as I was typing....how many web design places can there be in this world) probably use an email address once and never again.
