Where can I get Reloadable VCC for shopping online?

    I'm not looking for regular VCC that are used to verify account. I need a Reloadable VCC or any usable VCC for shopping online. It's better if I can get it instantly or ASAP :)

    You can post here or PM me anyone that you recommend on DP

    I don't think Re-loadable vccs are available. VCCs always acts as a debit card.

    I hae vcc's reloadable they are 50usd service fee Pnly the first time for registring and making the vcc


    then first time a 20% load charge+ of your initial load

    yo can then reload anytime for a 10% service fee

    $50 service charge? lol what a quick way to earn money :D. I found one with only $25 service charge :)

    Entropay VCCs are a good option but the disadvantage is we cannot load it using our PayPal. :)
