I have just registered a .com.tw domain but go daddy does not allow me to do a private registration. What can I do?

Most probably, you will need to purchase the private whois (id protection) at the price of $8.99 or $6.99, please refer this: godaddy.com/gdshop/dbp/landing.asp

Maybe TWNIC doesn't allow private registration of .TW domains. Their regulations seems more complex than other TLDS. http://www.twnic.net.tw/index2.php

"com.tw: for legally registered companies or firms registered according to the commercial registration law and foreign companies registered according to the laws of their countries."

Try the registrar list at neulevel.com.tw
    http://www.twnic.net.tw/english/dn/dn_01.htm
If you are foreign firms or foreign individual
TWNIC has authorized NeuLevel Inc. to process registration of .tw domain names in overseas registrars in Registry Gateway mode on January 17th, 2004.
For application, please visit (http://www.neulevel.com.tw/) for reference and service. TWNIC rules and regulations apply to both domestic and overseas registration.
