Where can I get outcourse to create ecourse for me?

    Do you have any idea where can I get outsource to develop mobile php template as well as writing the manual for me? If yes, please help to share with me, I need it urgently. Thanks

    I've always had good luck with freelancer.com. You could also try elance.com or odesk.com

    I second any of these. Just make sure you screen the applicants carefully before hiring someone. oDesk also lets you see screenshots of the person's computer screen while they're working so you can make sure they're actually doing the job.

    I have had the best results at odesk.com - but as ironic says make sure to screen the applicants
