I'm looking to set up a porn site and I'm looking at the different options for finding content. I'm not looking to create content or have user uploaded content. I've looked at some affiliate programs for content creators and that could be an option, however my friend was saying about create a kind of linking site. Kinda like freshxxxtube [dot] com (be careful if you visit it there's a ton of popups!). Anyway they seem to be taking video stills then linking back to the website they got the video from. Is this legal? I assume they're helping the sites they are linking to but they are using "their" copyrighted material for the thumbnails. I think this type of model where we could link to another websites content and earn revenue from ads would be better, if it's legal. Thanks.
