I have searched with the keywords, the photos are useful for me too.
but some of them need paid to use.

 

Go to iStockPhoto and search by 'illustration': http://www.istockphoto.com/illustration.php

You can see that your example image is actually there http://www.istockphoto.com/file_clo.../5254639-teen-blogger-punk-boy.php?id=5254639

Of course they do come at a price, I doubt you'd find many high quality illustrations for free.
