where can i get free contents for a film site?

    Depends what you mean by "film". If you're looking for artsy films, there's tons out there that's free or Creative Commons (you can browse/search Creative Commons videos here . YouTube can provide you with just about anything you want, but 95% of what you download is under some form of copyright.
