If you know how to manage your own server and do not care about getting overcharged for simple OS installs or things, then yes Leaseweb is great. However, if you have no idea what to do, then I would not go with them. I have been contact by pm and I am glad to give out who to use.
The ones who suggest leaseweb tbh don't know much. Leaseweb is oooozzzing with feds, dutch police investigators and USA e-crime feds. Why? Because in the past 6 months+ there has been more than 4 busts of torrent trackers from that one leaseweb datacenter in NL. Think wise, don't put your content where the feds are nesting.
Agree with him. I know one of the admins, and he said that Hong Kong was the only place that warez linking wasn't considered illegal.
I think your going to have problems if you try to host anywhere in the USA. as others have said, look into the asian market place for hosting that kind of content.
