Where can I get a professional wordpress design done?

I have tried searching here, sitepoint, even getafreelancer but the overall quality is very low (no offense.)

I'm looking for someone to design a professional template. Some examples are:

If you know of any other professional custom web designers, please tell me about them. My budget is under $1500

Try CSS inspiration sites. Most showcased sites feature designers.

 

Go to the Design and Template sections in BS&T, there are a lot of good designers there, but be careful, some are fraud.

 

thats cool design, but you need to follow some new techniques like web 2.0 or take any famous website inspirations too dear...

 

If the site is famous doesn't mean that the design is good.

And the site he posted it's a concept of a how should 2008/2009 web page should look like.
