Hello, the title explains it all. I have set up a Partnership and would like to create a formal partnership agreement in order to obtain a company bank account. Where would I be able to hire an experienced person online to write this agreement? Or, alternatively, would it be better just to write it myself? If so, where could I find all the information necessary to create said document? Also, I am based in the USA and my partner is based in Italy. Does this effect the agreement at all?
