    Some people suggest buying it from eBay. You might find somebody wanting to sell CS2 as he bought CS3 and doesn't need that anymore.

    are you a student? there are plenty of places that offer discounts for students and faculty alike. other than that, ebay is your best bet.

    yeah, I know piracy is bad, that's why originally I was asking about the site that sells OEM on my first post. I checked ebay, but I don't have time to sit there and bid.

    well like i said, if you're a student or a parent of a student you can get $250 off of the shelf price. you just need proof of your enrollment or your child's enrollment at a school. if neither of these apply to you, have a buddy who is in college or something purchase it for you that way you get it nearly half off.

    Yes get the CS3 Web premium is only $500, for me because i am a student so that saves me like 1.1 grand. There are alot of perks to being a student.
