    I am looking to find designers to make me some websites but cant find reliable and knowledgeable designers. have looked on Fiverr, upwork and Freelancer. So far it has been utterly frustrating. Most have no clue, dont even bother reading what is being asked and want to know what the budget sir! Terrible vibes right off the start.
    Which other sources can be looked at for finding freelancers?

    You can find designers on freelancer, it is the new odesk I think. I recommend you give a chance to newbies though.

    I think freelancing is the best way to find the suitable one.. Select on the basis of rating, reviews and no. of completed projects!!

    If your website is not very complex then I suggest hiring on Fiverr. There's a lot of competition there and you'll find someone creating your website at only $5. And I'm one of them.
