Where can I find this template

    I run an online paintball game and I'm looking for a website update. I stumbled across this jpg a few months ago and saved it. Its a template of a paintball website, but I cannot find the company who created it. Does anyone know the company, or can anyone point me to another forum possibly dedicated to templates, where I might be able to post this question again. I appreciate any help with this obscure problem. Here is the pic.
