Where can I find the code for a time zone option box

Hello,

Excuse my ignorance, I don´t even know if I am posting on the right section but I would like to know if anyone knows where can I find the code for a standard time zone option box. My coder said she couldn´t find it and now I have to. It is for a php based site, to add to the registration section. If anyone can help me with this I will be very grateful. Thanks

If your coder could not find it, you should not be working with her. As I know, this is a very simple script and easy to achieve. If you coder can't do the logic stuff herself, she is wasting your time, money and also getting you to do her job.
