Where can I find some new places to leave links

I am trying to optimize a leadership and developing sight. I have done all the Squidoo and Hubpage thing and am looking for other ideas on where to get links. Any ideas?

 

Try to find some dofollow blogs on the topic and leave comments on the blog posts.

 

Yeah drop a few comments on my blog.We have dofollow enabled.

 

u can submit articles to different high PR article directories, with each article, u will get 2-3 links back to ur site

 

i think forum sign are best way to build links so join forums

 

check out the directory forum section...there's a lot of free directories to drop a link

 

I was just looking for the same thing, and somehow or another I came across http://www.dofollowblogs.com. They don't have a whole lot in their directory, but I found some decent blogs to comment on there.
