    You mean a VPS with a Residential IP? You would need to reach out to providers and see if they have any IP's, or find providers who use ISP's IP's like Verizon, Comcast, Spectrum, etc..

    Residential VPS are typically offered by Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and are used primarily for non-commercial internet connectivity.

    (Unless your ISP is also providing VPS servers-which is rare) the best way to go about getting residential VPS is to check for ISPs that have also "reallocated" IP space to third-parties (which are providing VPS services) within their IP assignments. This can be done using free online tools such as whois.arin.net or ipinfo.io
