I'm opening up a music site that will allow users to listen to music streaming, in the vein of LaLa, spotify, grooveshark, etc. Clearly, it won't have as many features, but it'll have a few key differences that I hope will allow us to carve out a small niche, which is huge in the music market. I'm putting up the money for the development and design, and I need someone to get in a user base. Revenue will be made through ads and affiliate links to songs. My partner will do the day-to-day work and get users, so its only fair that they get most of the profits. It starts at 75% for the partner, and if they are good, I'm willing to go up to 90%. The work is mostly attracting new users and getting the word out, thinking up of improvements, taking feedback from users if they want, sometimes uploading mp3s. No monetary investment required, unless they want to use some cash to get users or buy a share of the site. I also want some ideas about what to name this site. At DP,though, most webmasters have the resources to develop their own site and run it, so what are some places I can find where people have money tied up elsewhere, but are willing to work to make some good cash?
