Hi guys, i just made a paypal account and i added my visa card. The problem is that they charged 1.50$ in my visa card and told me to go to the bank to verify my card statement. Here is where im stuck. I dont know what to do at the bank. I don't know what 'statement' means in my language(Romania). If someone could give me some advice or an information about how am i supposed to get that CODE to confirm my card, i will apreciate!! Thanks and sorry for my English!
Usually you would get letter from the bank monthly showing the transactions you made using the credit card. You need to check this document and in that you will find the 4 digit verification code. Alternatively you can contact the bank's customer care and ask them for more details regarding the transaction after a few days.
I never received any letter from the bank since i have the card Thanks for the fast answer mate, apreciate. So i have to go to the bank and ask if any transactions were made with my card.
Well, if you have net banking or online banking you can get the code on your PC. Just check for the latest statements and you will find that code. Or you can call your bank to get the code if you don't have net banking. - Digital -
