Where can I find incentive offers?

Does anybody know a way to find incentive offers available online?
Also, how would one go about finding exclusive offers?

 

CPAstorm.com is a incentive only network and have a lot of exclusive offers.

I am looking for single offers that can be promoted by anyone. My goal is to set up a list of active incentivized CPA offers.

So you want to find a list of the offers, you can use this tool for that www.affspy.com enter something like email submits and it will give you a list of email submits, what they pay and what networks they are on.

EDIT: I'm also looking for incentive offers only, that probably makes a big difference.

 

Lol sorry I still don't 100% follow, do you mean you want to attract referrals by telling people the offers the networks offer, or have I got the wrong end of the stick?
