Try a Google search, there are pages and pages of free templates you can find. I have noticed myself that Google and other search engines do not favor templates because they want their users to have a unique experience on every website. I have also found that there can be hidden codes in the free templates that give back-links to other websites and who knows what they can do. Good luck on your search.

there are many site providing free template but in my view http://www.freecsstemplates.org/ is better.
