Hello I do not quite understand the question. Are you after Free PHP Scripts or are you after free website templates. If you are after Free PHP Scripts then a search on google with the keywords "free php scripts" will be of great help to you. If you are after free website templates then again a search on google with the keywords "free open source templates" will give you a lot of information and help. Sorry I could not give you direct links as there are so many out there. Hope that helps PS. Any PHP website is a normal html website saved as .php to allow any php scripts to work
Depending on what script you are working with, most scripts have free and paid templates. The template is what generally contains the HTML while the script itself is server side(what you don't see) so it does whatever it needs to do then sends the HTML to the client side(what you do see).
