Where can I find cheap web designers?

I need help with graphics from time to time but I can't pay anyone a lot of money. The stuff I need done usually involves a banner for my site and some light editing of small icons like arrows that point to links or comment clouds. I was going to ask for free help but then I said to myself "get serious".

Agreed, cheap stuff always produce cheap stuff back. In That case i would like to pay more and feel secure, that at least my work is in safe hands, rest is assured that the design is going to be outstanding for sure. But yeah regarding Cheap designers, surely you'll find plenty here at DP.

 

Plus what exactly is your idea of cheap, because cheap to me and cheap to you could mean a BIG difference in finished product.

it depends on what you consider cheap. i friends in web design that will produce professional full scale websites between $100 and $200.
