where can i find bulk email list?

    Most email lists require an Optin for the person to allow you to email to them. The anti spam laws are becoming more stringant. I would start getting your own list by pay per clicking on google or yahoo or msn. That will get you a list of people that may be interested in what you have to offer.

    you may get those ids from many sources, however there will be a risk in it.....about quality and authenticity
