Where can I find an 'Internet Marketing Specialist' freelancer (not SEO or PPC).

    I am looking for an expert on website promotion (not PPC).

    I already have a freelancer for SEO. I now require advice on obtaining articles, and exposure from other websites as well as other marketing such as: Paid Referals, Articles, Email lists, Forum Advertising etc.

    I require an individual with good credentails. Where can I find such people and are they called 'internet marketing specialists' or something else?

    Not sure, but try to find one at service forum of DP. The only key to success is to know where you find what you are looking for.
