A theme or a script? A script: WordPress A theme: If you want a theme like FailBlog and you're building a site like that, I feel sorry for you. Even when you copy something, try to at least make sure that it has a different look and nothing of the same content. There are a lot of premium themes available who fit perfectly for this type of blogs. Good luck!
