    I was looking to find a WP specialist to talk to for few minutes to ask some basic questions about web designing, using sliders, visual composer etc. but can't seem to one. I was willing to pay couple of bucks for just 30 mins of tele discussion but where can I find WP experts? Can anyone please suggest a market place or a forum?

    Why don't you just create a bunch of threads asking each question.
    The chances that you'll find someone who knows the sliders you're comparing, and everything else is limited. They're likely to waste your time by saying "hold on while I call that up". As for web designing, one reason WordPress is so successful is that you don't need to be a web designer - you just buy a theme from someone who is.

    I can talk stuff over with you on skype but I dont have a web cam that works currently. I otherwise spend about 10 hours a day cranking stuff out in wordpress.... from fairly simple to pretty complex at times.

    You might also find the forum at Wordpress org helpful. I've gotten some reliable answers there.

    Looks like you found what you're looking for with Nigel. Think about setting up an interview for the questions you have. Record the interview and you get a product to market from the results. Both of you can share that product.
