Where can I find a script like this?

So basically, I'm looking for a script or Wordpress theme that will allow the following:

1. Allow people to sign up as vendors.
2. The vendors can upload graphics.
3. Once graphics are uploaded they can sell them.
4. I receive a portion of the sales.
