I have a website that pulls around 3k uniques a month and it has been open for 5 months. I need help marketing my website to pull in more users, I don't have enough time to do everything these days....so...

Do I need to hire a PR Firm for the following:

I need someone to FIND advertisers for my website.

I need someone to submit my website to all social networks + more.

I need someone to find people in my Niche Industry and get them to join my forum.

    Link Building and MORE

    Mainly I just need advertisers!

-----I have tried many DP members....MOST of them didn't know english very well and everything they wrote was broken english.....so that didnt help much.....OR they never followed thru.....payed out so much $....

I need a professional company!! Where do I turn!?

If you want to hire a well-read SEO specialist to do the dirty job in your behalf , your should require him first to show to you his portfolio. In this manner, you wouldn't have a lemon SEO in your payroll.

You do not need to hire anybody at this time, tokipost. If you are still interested, post again.

Actually Tokipost, for your info professional firms also hire and outsource its projects to countries who are offering cheap IT skills. So, getting a pro SEO firm doesn't a guarantee that you can snag a good result.

    Pay-per-click, email advertising etc.

You're only pulling in 100 uniques per day... you still need to work on generating traffic yourself before you turn to a professional company.

If your going to "buy" traffic, it's going to be expensive in the long run. Consider investing in some areas rather then buying traffic directly.

You can't just pay someone or a group to make your site successful, because if it were that easy, everyone would be doing it. These companies would just make their own sites and promote it themselves rather than helping you. All of those online marketing companies are ridiculously expensive; and NOT worth the price. Odds are if your site is only getting 100 unique visitors a day, your idea / website sucks.

use a freelancing website so you can see what kind of work and credibility they have. Don't hire anybody here off of DP without a good check and verification of what they can do and never pay fully up front.

I can't help you with the traffic, but for advertisers, I suggest that you do it yourself. The easiest way is to signup for a couple of banner advertiser programs. I suggest adsdaq, adbrite, and google adsense.

Next, select some places on your website that could fit ads - I'd try and keep it around 3 ads of different sizes.

Start with say a 468x60 ad - go to google and generate one that looks good, then go to adbrite and do the same. On adbrite, you'll see a place for a "backup ad" - this is for when adbrite can't give you the price you want, they will display your backup as - put your google adsense code in there. Finally, go to adsdaq, create another 468x60 ad, and put the adbrite code in for the backup ad. Add the adsdaq code to your website

This sounds like alot, but it's really pretty easy. When a visitor goes to your site, adsdaq will try and serve up an ad for a price you set - if they can't give you enough money, they pass on to number 2 (adbrite), they do the same, eventually passing on to google adsense. This makes me a good bit of money on one of my larger sites -you should be able to do $5 a day, for that level of traffic.

Just like 99% of the webmasters out there, he wasn't all that serious, thus wasting our time. He has lost the interest and moved on. That's why I asked him to post again. As usual, he hasn't.

Since that first post I now receive close to 5k unique vistors a month, 150k page views, alexa ranking 700k.

I am serious about hiring someone.
