Hey, I am wanting to find someone/some people to make my forum more popular in a variety of ways. My forum has 3k active members and 18,000+ registered members. I'm slightly confused as to who you're looking for? Are you basically looking for new active members on your forum, or users who volunteer to go to other sites promoting your forum? A possible reason your forum is so dead is because there is a huge lack of content to discuss. You should have a lot more categories and forums set up. Use paid posters to create topics that will spark discussion and revive the dead member base.
I am looking for someone to join my team to work with me in creating new content for the forum. I am fully aware that there is a lack of content which is exactly the reason I am looking for someone. I refuse to pay for people to post when I have a good member base, that kinda defeats the object when all I need is someone to properly manage the forum.
Thats because the main site at fetchmp3.com is bridged with the forum logins. People aren't using the forums but with a bit of encouragement I think they would.
Give them reasons to post like this.... Make X amount of posts on the forum and choose from reward 1, reward 2 or reward 3 on the main part of the site.
This is great advice. Give some sort of reward and it usually gets everyone active. Send out an email to all members so everyone knows.
