That kind of site(s) are custom coded script that the site owner written themselves. Animetake uses wordpress and added features that are only available to them.
As damoolag said, these sites are custom. They either wrote it themselves or hired someone to write it for them. This kind of site shouldn't be hard - basics, basics, basics. It's just time consuming.
