If i want to buy a "second hand" license?

How can I see if the VB license I am buying is real or not?
Can I transfer my license to any other domain with out pay any fee?
What is a good price for an owned license?

I don't have direct answer for you, but it is not recommended to buy a secondhand. My sister was going to buy a secondhand once until she found out that you can't change the owner name, so she decided to get refund from the buyer.

I looked at for you in the vBulletin forum, it says that the original owner can request a chargeback.
The following is directly quoted from vBulletin:

My sister paid about $40 or something like that for it. (Though as I have said, she decided to not get it and requested a refund from the original owner) I think it still had like 8 months left on it.

If you want to check whether the license is valid or not, contact vBulletin directly. Their email address is:

open a support ticket at vb.com and give them the sellers info, they will confirm the account.
