Honestly I would not do that if I were you. It's bad for usability and SEO and will annoy your users more than anything. Believe me your visitors don't care how good your web design skills are. They just want to quickly find the information they're looking for. Flash is ok for playing movies cross-platform (aka Youtube), browser games or web applications but that's about it.
