Where can I buy reliable backlink?

    There are so many sites selling backlinks so I dont know which one is better.
    Is it expensive means good or doesnt matter?

    How can I tell which one is better link?

    Does expensive mean good? Hmm....depends

    A few things I look at:

    A good PR is always good (PR doesn't matter but im going to buy a link..it might as well)
    The number of outbound links from that page should be low
    The link should be related
    Should receive high traffic
