Where can I buy OLD, EXPIRED and PR Domains?

Can someone please help? I am looking to buy PR domains.

Also you can check pagerankcrunch.com for the list of domains with PR

 

great sites you post but pagerank is still in update...so every expired/deleted domains (almost all)are with pagerank N/A.

Is there a guarantee that if you buy a domain name you will own it eventually? I read somewhere else that a registrar will keep a domain 60 days after the expiry date before it releases it back open to the public for re-registration.
