    Where can I buy a virtual credit card, only Visa or MasterCard? :confused:
    Would like to purchase one as a gift...please assist.

    How it's posssible? As I know only banks can issue Visa and MasterCard credit cards and you cannot buy it. Are you discussing illegal issues here??

    yes, but there are some strict guidelines to get one. seems if i pay them using a CC then i'm goin to get a epassporte VCC on the name which is on the CC i used to pay them, similar rules apply for other payment methods i guess. its kinda difficult for guys like me who want VCC on their name


    card444.com features are good, dunno if they are reliable?

    how can i contact this guy, i'm too in search of a reliable VCC

    If I'm not mistaken, some months ago they released their Virtual Debit Card Beta ;)

    The other links in this thread are noteworthy and some rates really low enough to attract my attention.:)
