Where can I buy a Virtual Credit Card to verify my PayPal account?

    Hello DP, I currently am not verified on PayPal and I don't want to give personal information, so I think VCC is the way to go. I do not have a sending limit, but I want to verify my account. I used a Pre-Paid Gift Card to increase my sending limit.

    What are good websites that offer VCC, and are not scams?

    I do not know if outside links are allowed, but if they aren't can you PM some legitimate websites?

    You should buy from people.Most of the websites are scams or just want's to much money for vcc.
