u can try in namecheap but u have to add min 5$ to account so better is to add 6$ and reg 2 .info names there

u tried to add funds in namecheap ? or just tried to use directly pp with domain regs ?
seems they may also changed rules. your best choice will be 4$ with name.com now !

 

Hi Godaddy gives you a .info domain for $1 , u can pay by using card

 

try 1 and 1, i think its about $1.50, not sure about the paypal verified though.

You can ask any of your friends to register one info on godaddy for 1.99$ and then you pay your friend and then your friend pushes the domain to your Godaddy account
