if you want free, go to the freebies section of DP and wait for someone who will offer. there are lots of these people who eventually get bored with their domains and give it away.
What does the OP mean by "international" domain? As far as my concern any extension is internationally renowned, but if he meant cTLD in depends on the country choice. Actually GoDaddy is among the cheapest registrar services, but for some extension, like IN (India) Dynadot is cheaper. Free domains only co.cc and uni.cc, which aren't domains at all technically speaking.
Hello, According to me you can get cheap domain from Godaddy. There are many different site which offer for free domain but i would like to recommend you for Godaddy. Thanks Clive Rush
dot.tk offers .tk domains. For subdomains there also are the multiple options from mediadots.com and .co.nr. Some of these services only offer redirection and not pure DNS. (Yes, we still haven't gotten clarification what the original poster meant by "international") Also, a search for "free domain hosting" will reveal several places where you can get a free domain or hosting if you pay for the other service.
Godaddy is the best source to find a cheap and nternational domain for your personal or business website.
You get what you pay for. If there is a company offering free domains then there is normally a catch. You probably have to purchase another service to get that free domain. Domains are relatively cheap so just go with one of the top providers. I use http://www.godaddy.com for TLD's and http://www.registerfree.com for AU domains.
