I have a new online forum. it has many sections like politics, sports, arts, compuers, programming, smartphones etc. As a new forum, it has only few posts and it needs members and moderators. Where, online, may I find someone who is interested to become a moderator?

A moderator has to be an active member who post 1 or 2 topics every week at least. Off course as a moderator he will be able to edit or delete other members posts so he has to use his power over other mebers with care.

I don't know where to search. I was thinking about irc chat rooms. any advice or suggestions?

You could put an ad in your forum and in your signature on all the forums you frequent related to your forum. Offer them special privileges or pay. Just a couple of suggestions.

.TK website? I would recommend you dont invest much time or money into it. People will not trust your website with a .TK domain extension. But if you really want to proceed, then I suggest you join other forums and become an established member first, then put a link in your signature asking for moderators to your new forum. If you aren't established member you look like a spammer like here.

When I need temporary online tasks to be completed, or even sometimes long-term jobs, I usually go to freelance sites.
