Ok I like your marketing technique I will still look in to your software if you claim it brings traffic to the site
It works plain and simple. I could care less about the search engines. As long as they rely on these methods for ranking I am going to put forth my best effort to excel at creating what they like. Last I checked, they don't make the rules for the internet.
Because our software is continually evolving. We release updates all the time in order to keep on top of things. This way our programming team works for us full time. We also give free hosting to members that do not have their own dedicated servers. This helps absorb that cost as well. We have a strict 100 member cap so we've created a very tight community based around the software. Everyone watches out for and helps one another out. We usually only have 3 or 4 memberships a month available to the public. It makes it nice because we get great user feedback from like minded users. We can then translate that into the software very quickly.
call me suspicious - but why if it works so well share your 'secret' - so the google team can tweak the algos.
I'm not sharing anything. This is precisely why we keep our member limit at 100. We all have the same end goal so our users have been instrumental in giving us ideas to help push things forward even further. The search engines are always going to be updating. We just so happen to be in a unique place where we have 100 people giving us feedback and ideas to stay on top of things. I make more money today than I did 6 months ago because we have improved things in areas that I personally would have never thought of. I'm pretty good at what I do, but getting another set of eyes (or several sets in this case) helps a great deal.
how does the hosting work? Are you hosting all your sites on the same server or do you pay seperate hosting packages for all the sites?
I would love to see some good writeup on how simple changes can yield big results (e.g. CTR jumped by changing this color or this placement). Then I would like to read about how to manage adsense on different sites (e.g. put low paying sites under one account and high paying under another to avoid smartpricing for those high paying). So basically maximizing payout with the traffic one has and getting higher paying ads to show up. That would be a killer reading (and I would digg, stumble .... it too). I would also like to read a study if the targeting controls of YPN work AT ALL.
This program has been open to the public since september of last year. We had a 6 month beta before that and spent about a year and a half on R&D before hand. We're a software company so we are using this as a starting point for our small business software we plan to release in the 4th quarter of this year. As for memberships we are sitting around 96 right now.
I meant marketing your service here this way by asking a generic question and then leading the forum users to your service/software I like this technique
May I ask why your software works where others such as Cloaking Master, Niche Portal Builder, Ranking Power, RSS2Blog, Viral Instigator have seen reduced effectiveness, or simply don't work anymore? You don't have to share the specifics, just a general idea. I'm curious because I've used those software programs (except CM) in the past. In 2005 they worked great, but now, no. Thanks, and hope you can reply because I'm genuinely interested in your program.
Most of the software you mentioned uses tried and true, but largely outdated methods of generating content and building sites. We actually base our software off of more forward thinking methodologies. For example, we use a new content system we developed that creates human readable content (not markov junk). Further, our content is generated with phrase based ranking and latent semantic indexing in mind. I've spent the last two years scouring search engine patent and lab research documents to insure the effectiveness of our software. There is always room to improve. This is the biggest reason we decided on a monthly subscription platform for our members. In a way, you are furthering the R&D that goes into this. You give us the ability to stay one step ahead of the search engines. That's the end goal. At the end of the day I use the software myself. If it doesn't make me money it's junk and I refuse to use it. My programmers can attest to this lol.
I am actually considering applying for a membership, the software looks genuine, and actually more productive and efficient than the methods I am using right now. I am just waiting for my visa/mastercard to be issued to make my first purchase online (yea I live in Egypt so using the internet for purchasing stuff is still not a phenomenon), which just might be your software. So if it turns out to be a scam, I'd be really dissappointed. Now, I do have a copuple of questions though. I'm not very computer savy, and I want a confirmation from you about the support I shall recieve in case I have any inquiries. In fact, I would like to know if it's possible for one of your support team to build one site for me as an example and guide me through the whole process (setting up domains, hosting the software at my server, etc.). Also, how well does adsense work with that program. What is the average you make per month from adsense alone, since I can't apply for YPN? That's it for now, and thanks for referring us to what seems like a promising piece of software (great marketing yo! . -Ooza
