Where are yo admins and Mods?

I see some that members are regularly being banned so I know Mods and Admins comes to forum though they are not seen posting. But why do you people doesn't care about those banning those scammers and delete their threads?

He have cheated everyone. All have agreed that he's a scammer. Then why didn't you ban him and delete this topic? Why aren't you active? Why don't you bother about your users?
