Where are the RELIABLE writers?

Seems like a lot of the writers I have been dealing with lately have been very unreliable. In the last month 4 different writers came in here and posted a thread offering their services, and when I gave them an assignment, they didn't deliver. Always some excuse, I got sick, family is sick, dog ate the computer, the list goes on and on...

Now I know life sometimes gets in the way, but all they needed to do was communicate with me and let me know.. What a waste of time.

SO, If you are a writer who possesses ALL of the following skills. I can give you some long term work;

NATIVE ENGLISH WRITERS ONLY!
Knowledge of SEO
Perfect grammar and spelling
Good research skills
ABILITY TO DELIVER ON TIME!

Pay will depend on the quality of writing and how soon you deliver.. So I am open to discussion on that.
