I know about the large one in Redmond, WA. I'm moving to Vancouver, WA soon and my wife will be looking for work with Microsoft. So, we are looking to find out what offices/campuses are in the area. Thanks for your help! John and Maren
In WA, they are primarily in Redmond, As of 2003 (when I left msft) there were several large buildings in Issaquah, WA. And a data center located in Bothell WA. There was also several IT buildings in Bellevue. Redmond, Bellevue, Bothell and Issaquah are all fairly close to each other, (I worked in all 4 locations at one point or another) but it would not be a realistic commute from Vancouver, WA

I'm pretty sure Intel has a location in Portland, OR. Google also opened an office in Kirkland last year which is approx 10 minutes from Redmond.
Here's some info I found for you. According to these articles, they are focusing on centralizing operations in redmond. Some folks do telecommute, depending on the position though.
