Where are the lang files for Wordpress

    So i downloaded this new template but where recent comments are if there isnt a comment then there is some german there.
    And i am pulling my hair out strand by strand looking for it L:confused:L

    please help : )

    That doesn't have to do with the core Wordpress files- it is just your theme displaying that. Go to the theme file that has the recent comments text (if it is the side bar go to sidebar.php) and look for the text in there.

    In case you wish your admin area in other language you need to edit your config file.

    i appreciate both of your responses, i had found it in the functions area being used as some header include -CRAZY- well anyways anyone that owns multiple sites and is having trouble coming up with ideas on what to do with the other 30+ i HIGHLY suggest you look into wordpress and joomla . . . i dont know what i have been doing for the last three years but it definitely wasnt this easy ;)

    . . . but also wp and joo werent this nice 3 years ago LOL
