Where are the controls for DP Ad positioning Xenforo add-on?

    We have installed Digital Point Ad positioning in a Xenforo test forum and it appears to have installed properly, yet we cannot see any control, link, or tab for it in the Xenforo Admin control panel...

    Where is that located and/or how do we control the parameters of this add-on?
