Where are the cheapest templates for starting a forum

a quick question, my apologies if this has already been posted but where are the best and cheapest templates available for starting a forum including hosting?

What forum software are you planning on using? That'll determine what templates you can use.

Here are my recommendations on forum software:
Free: SMF
Paid: Vbulletin

 

Free: SMF
Paid: Vbulletin
free: phpBB

I have used phpBB, and now using Vbulletin.

Inlcuding hosting?
Template = the "design" of a forum.
Has got nothing to do with hosting.

 

I prefer PhpBB and vBulletin. You can also download free templates and add ons (Google it)

Get a cheap hosting according to your requirement or try http://www.free-webhosts.com for a list of free web hosts

 

Why not share with all of us?

I was browsing vbulletin-faq.com today and someone there had a beautiful vB template available for free. It was based on a WoW design. Check out that forum for more too.
