Shareasale is easy to get ahold of, Caroline's contact information is in the SaS interface so just register with them. LinkShare has a main contact person as well. CJ I wouldn't even try contacting, they're a pain to get ahold of anybody. Alternatively go to Affiliate Summit, it's a massive conference that's held twice every year and it gets all the major players showing up.
