Try PMing moderators instead (here) with some solid details/facts/proof about this member being a scammer (as opposed to empty accusations). The admins are most likely very busy with other things, but like everyone says, admins/mods do not involve themselves in member disputes.

Dreamer - You arent going to win. Nor do the admins care. Listen, doing business on the internet is a risk - You took a risk and it could have been on any site or forum. Be more careful next time. Less Learned. By the way - You did business with someone that doesnt even have any Itrader - Barely 40 posts.. This is like having unprotected sex with a whore and hoping you dont get anything.

If it makes you feel any better - I feel sorry for you. Cheer up Mate.

Never send the money before the product when dealing with <1 year members

If some newb wants the money first i just find another seller.

    that's normal.

if you leave a -ve itrader, you should expect one in return.

even I have a similar negative feedback....;).

I have no idea what you are saying.

    what I mean is....

IF YOU GIVE A NEGATIVE I-TRADER, YOU MAY ALSO GET A NEGATIVE I-TRADER.

I hope it is clear now.

    Don't use it.

DP has clear policies...it is just a medium that brings buyers and sellers together.

DP is not a broker or an escrow service.

DP is not responsible for inter-member deals.

I think they are everywhere just not in this thread LOL:)
Remember whenever trading specially in freebies section, never ever pay before you get the stuff if the seller has less posts than you. This another guy robbed me for 2 $ in freebie section about two months ago. I too can not do anything because if I give a -ve itrader i will get one in return plus it was my mistake I shouldn't have paid him.

Don't be pathetic. Anyone with half of a braincell will be looking at people's iTrader before making a deal, so he can consider himself blacklisted from the more intelligent half of DP. Also, if he does try to evade iTrader in the only way possible then he will be banned for having multiple accounts. If DP mods didn't keep their distance from any disputes they'd quickly find themselves becoming an investigation department, and so it's better to keep uninvolved and trust that people can use their common sense and be careful before handing over their money.

    kthx.

The mods aren't "protecting" him, its just that they don't get involved in member disputes over transactions. novashun didn't say it very nicely, but "buyer beware" is unfortunately the attitude you need to take. If you want your money back, you should file a dispute with Paypal and/or your credit card processor.

You probably received that infraction because you posted over and over again in that thread while your previous posts were still editable. A good rule of thumb is that you shouldn't post in a thread if the last poster was yourself, otherwise you are just bumping.
